The Hong Kong Aids Prevention Society (HKAPS) is a non-profit charity dedicated to preventing HIV transmission, supporting affected individuals, and promoting inclusive public health policies. Through research, education, and advocacy, we strive to build a healthier and more informed society. We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Researcher to contribute to our evidence-based programs and policy influence.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Design and implement research projects related to HIV\/AIDS prevention, treatment, and public health interventions.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights for program development and policy advocacy.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Publish research findings in high-impact, Q1 international journals.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Collaborate with local and international health organizations, universities, and government bodies.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Prepare research reports, grant proposals, and policy briefings.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Present research outcomes at conferences, seminars, and public forums.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Support the Society\u2019s knowledge dissemination and community outreach initiatives.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
Job Requirements<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 PhD in Life Sciences, Public Health, Global Health, Medicine, Infectious Diseases, or a closely related field from a reputable university.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong publication record in Q1 international peer-reviewed journals in relevant disciplines. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience in HIV\/AIDS, sexual health, or infectious disease research is highly preferred.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Proficient in using **SPSS is a must**; additional experience with other data analysis tools and statistical software is highly valued. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Passionate about public health, community service, and social impact.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
